To provide you with peace of mind, our stairlifts are backed by an initial standard 2-year warranty and an extensive lifetime warranty option, ensuring the continued excellence of your investment. Our commitment to service excellence includes the use of exclusive TK Elevator parts, guaranteeing quality and reliability. Additionally, our warranties cover reconditioned stairlifts, further enhancing your assurance in our products.

Our Lifetime Warranty begins upon installation of the stairlift

In case of stairlift material and manufacturing defects, the LTW covers the costs of parts including:

Rail

Drive batteries

Rollers

Racks

Engine

Chair parts

Costs for shipment and labour may be included subject to the level of the maintenance contract.

Lifetime Warranty is granted subject to the conclusion of a yearly maintenance visit with TK Home Solutions. A maintenance visit or service contracts subscribed with companies other than TK Home Solutions will not qualify as sufficient for remaining the Lifetime Warranty in place.
