Do I have to purchase after a sales visit?
No, during the visit our trained consultant will assess your staircase and discuss the best stairlift options with you. They will also explain the installation process, and help with any questions or concerns you may have.
What happens if I am not fully satisfied with my stairlift?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your stairlift, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee from the date of installation.
How much does a stairlift cost?
All our products are tailor-made to your specific needs and therefore price can vary. The cost of your stairlift may depend on your staircase shape, dimensions, stairlift model and any additional extras. Our straight stairlifts start from £1,715 and curved stairlifts from £5,972. What is the warranty cover?

How long will it take for my stairlift to be installed?
Depending on the type of stairlift you have ordered, installations can take anywhere between 2 – 6 hours.

Can I get funding towards my stairlift?

How long is the delivery time after ordering a stairlift?
The delivery time depends on which stairlift you purchase, but we aim to have it delivered between 1-3 weeks.
Can I test a stairlift before purchasing?
Of course, we have our customer experience rooms in both Stockton-on-Tees and Warrington to which you can come in and sample all of our stairlifts.
Do I have to have my stairlift serviced?
In order not to neglect the safety of your stairlift and keep it in perfect working order, you should have your stairlift serviced by us once a year. You can find out more about our service and warranty on the website.

What is your cancellation policy?
The T&Cs state our 14-day money-back guarantee (after installation of the stairlift).
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee after installing the stairlift if you are not entirely satisfied or no longer need it. You will receive a full refund on the following conditions: (page 5 T&C’s)
Do you have a buy-back policy?
If your stairlift has been provided and serviced by TK Home Solutions, we will offer £200 for a curved appliance less than 12 months old, and £100 between 12 and 24 months old. For a straight appliance we will offer £100 if the stairlift is less than 12 months old, and £50 between 12 and 24 months old.
Each stairlift is subject to a condition inspection prior to buy-back.
How much does it cost to run a stairlift?
Stairlifts are energy-efficient and do not consume much electricity. A straight stairlift will consume between 0.024 and 0.33 kWh of electricity per hour, and a curved stairlift will consume between 0.03 and 0.5 kWh. On average the cost is £12 per year. Longer or curved stairlifts are slightly more, but no more than £25.
